When the oil consumption of diesel generator set is too large, some abnormal phenomena will appear. Through these abnormal phenomena, the user can judge whether the oil consumption of the generator set is large . 1.   There is metal friction sound in supercharger of diesel  generator set. The radial and axial runout of the turbine rotor assembly is too large, and the blades of the turbine and impeller rub with the turbine shell and impeller shell, resulting in metal friction sound. When the turbocharger works normally, due to the high-speed rotation of the turbine rotor, there will also be a rotating sound. If the inlet and exhaust ports are not connected properly, the sound of air leakage will be generated.
