When repairing the damaged and worn bearing shell seat hole, it is often used to pad another copper sheet behind the upper and lower bearing tile to adjust the expansion. If there is air in oil circuit of diesel generator set, what will happen? Air has great compressibility and elasticity. When there is a leak in the oil pipe from the oil tank to the oil delivery pump section of diesel engine, the air will infiltrate, which reduces the vacuum degree in this pipeline. So that the suction of fuel in the tank is weakened, or even cut-off occurs, which causes the engine failure to start. The Ways to Reduce Generator Loss in Operation

Today Starlight manufacturer shares how to reduce generator loss in operation, hope it is helpful to you. The losses of diesel generators in operation can be divided into the following categories: (1) The stator copper loss is all the losses caused by the stator current flowing through the stator windings. (2) Iron loss is the loss generated by the generator's magnetic flux in the core. It is mainly the hysteresis loss and eddy current loss caused by the main magnetic flux in the stator core, and also includes the additional loss. (3) Excitation loss is the loss caused by the rotor circuit, which is mainly the copper loss caused by the excitation current in the excitation circuit.
