2000KW diesel generator set specifications

 

Today Starlight Power shares the structure and design of 2000KW diesel generator set, which also supplied by Starlight Power.

1.The generator set can start and operate with load quickly. In the case of unattended operation, the unit can start automatically within 10 seconds after receiving the start command. Under normal site condition, the success rate of one-time self starting of the unit shall not be less than 99%.

2.The start-up battery can restart after failure starting 5s, and can provide six consecutive starts without affecting the use of the start-up battery in the future. The starting battery has redundant starting system.

Provide two sets of battery device: one is static charging device after long-term shutdown of the unit(automatic battery charger); another is charger device during unit running(maintenance free battery). When battery charger has fault, The genset control unit can send out alarm signal.

3.Automatic start-up device can send out self-start command after mains power failure, self starting time can be customized. Diesel generator set has the function of continuous three times self starting. After continuous three times failure starting, will send out failure start signal, and turn off self starting circuit.

4.The average overhaul period of the unit shall not be less than 15000 hours.

5.The fuel injection mode of diesel engine is electronically controlled high pressure common rail, emission standard is Tier 3.

6.The alternator of generator set is equipped with digital automatic voltage regulation(AVR), to ensure the steady-state and transient voltage and frequency adjustment accuracy of diesel generator set in operation to meet the requirements.

7.When three-phase short circuit occurs at the outlet of the generator, it will last for 10 seconds but without harmful deformation of winding, iron core and other accessory parts; when the diesel engine is subjected to 1.2 times of overspeed operation, no harmful deformation will occur; the short-circuit bearing capacity of the unit shall not be less than 300% of the rated current of the unit, and the maintenance time shall not be less than 10 seconds.

8.Protective item of diesel generator set

(1)Overspeed protection: sound and light alarm, stop and close throttle;

(2)Low lube oil pressure: sound and light alarm, stop and close throttle;

(3)Self-starting failure： sound and light alarm;

(4)Low voltage blocking over current protection: sound and light alarm, stop and close throttle;

(5)Alternator over speed protection: sound and light alarm;

(6)Alternator differential protection: sound and light alarm, shut down and close throttle;

(7)High coolant water temperature: sound and light alarm, shut down and close throttle;

(8)Low fuel level of daily fuel tank: sound and light alarm;

(9)Generator trip: sound and light alarm;

(10)Reverse power protection: sound and light alarm, shut down and close throttle;

(11)Loss of excitation protection: sound and light alarm, shut down and close throttle;

(12) Overvoltage protection: sound and light alarm, shut down and close throttle;

(13)Low cooling water level: sound and light alarm;

(14)Overcurrent protection: the protection device is installed on the neutral point of the generator, which acts on the generator outlet circuit breaker tripping and de excitation; the protection device wiring is three-phase three relay type, and the over-current protection has two functions: quick break (main protection) and fixed time limit (backup protection);

(15)Generator differential protection: protection action, generator outlet circuit breaker trip and de excitation; the protection device wiring is three-phase three relay connection;

(16)Single phase grounding protection: the protection acts on the generator outlet circuit breaker trip;

(17)Generator excitation system equipped with automatic voltage regulator fault protection;

(18)Generator excitation system equipped with automatic voltage regulator fault protection;

(19)Diesel engine protection: the diesel engine is equipped with high water temperature, low oil pressure, overspeed protection, protection action at shutdown; installation of high water temperature, low oil pressure, high temperature of lubricating oil, low oil level of diesel oil tank, low water level protection, protection action on signal.

9.Fuel oil and lube oil of diesel engine

(1)Fuel oil brand: National 0# diesel oil.

(2)Lube oil: CH level, 15W30 or 15W40 or above.

(3)The calibration of engine capacity in diesel generator set: altitude 2000m, ambient temperature -10 to 40 ℃, relative humidity 85%. Under this condition, the unit can start normally without adding auxiliary equipment, and there will be no power drop.

(4)Grounding and safety: the base is equipped with devices convenient for connecting with ground wire, and the unit and frame are reliably grounded. When the ambient temperature is 15-35℃ and the relative humidity is 45%-75%, the cold insulation resistance of the unit is not less than 2mΩ; when the ambient temperature is 25℃ and the relative humidity is 95%, the cold insulation resistance of the unit is not less than 0.4mΩ; the hot insulation resistance is not less than 100m Ω. The unit adopts anti-interference measures to avoid misoperation caused by radio wave interference.

(5)Diesel generator is equipped with manual and automatic emergency stop device. With function of manual start/stop and auto start/stop, and emergency stop button. There is manual/automatic switch on the controller cabinet, to reach auto(remote), manual(on site)  start/stop.

(6)Appearance of diesel generator

The welding of the genset is firm, and the welding seam is even without crack.

The surface of the control panel of the unit is smooth, the wiring is reasonable, the contact is good, the hierarchy is clear, and the appearance is neat.

The paint film of the painting part of the unit is uniform, without obvious cracks, shedding, flow marks, bubbles, scratches and other phenomena.

The plating layer of the electroplated parts of the unit is smooth, and there is no leakage spot and corrosion.
