On December 10, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. held the first meeting on the second stage assessment and review of the informatization and industrialization integrated management system in meeting room on 4th Floor of Power Building, which launches the overall assessment and review of the mentioned management system of the company. Leaders presented this meeting are Wu Qiwei, Ning Xingyong, Qin Xiaohong, Ye Bin, Chen Ningbin.
At the meeting, the review panel consisting of experts from China Academy of Telecommunication Research under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China introduced the purpose, basis, scope and boundary as well as method and planning of this assessment and review. The assessment and review, focusing on the new capacity created by Yuchai in the context of the information-based environment, would review the implementation of the informatization and industrialization integrated management system, verify the conformity of the system with the assessment requirements and its effectiveness, thus making the decision of whether to recommend the registration of the system to the assessment body. It is planned that the review would last for 4 days and conducted by 4 panels, and would involve several departments including the Corporate Management Department, Information Technology Department, Equipment Department, Production Planning Department, etc.
Qin Xiaohong, Vice President of Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., briefed the basic status and construction of integration of organization with industrialization of the company. It is learned that Yuchai, cored with YCPS, QMS and BI systems, is strengthening its ability in technical collaboration, quality management and control capability and intelligent decision making, in order to impel the integration of informatization with industrialization and comprehensively improve the efficiency of operating activities of the Company.
Wu Qiwei pointed out that, considering the market demand for entering an era of full electronic control next year, Yuchai will comprehensively upgrade the whole equipment manufacturing system, the assembling process in particular, and reform the original equipment. Meanwhile, the management system as a whole will also be enhanced. Through integrating the informatization with industrialization, Yuchai will be dedicated to improve the efficiency and quality in a better way and be more internationalized. Wu Qiwei expressed his wish that relevant departments and personnel would make all-out effort to support this assessment and review.
After the meeting, the review panel successively conducted site assessment and review as planned at each associated department accompanied by the supporting personnel.
