Debugging methods for 80KW emergency diesel generator

After finished to assembly 80kw emergency diesel generator, before debugging, we should inspect the genset clearly.
 
The inspection step is as follows:

1.Check whether the surface of the unit is clean; whether the anchor nut, flywheel screw and other moving machine nut are loose, and the problem is promptly tightened.

2.Check whether the clearance of each part is correct. In particular, carefully check whether the clearance of the pressure reducing mechanism of each inlet and exhaust valve meets the requirements.

3.Put each cylinder in the decompression position, turn the crankshaft to check whether the sound of each cylinder is running abnormally, and whether the crankshaft rotates freely, and pump the oil into a friction surface. Then close the pressure reducing mechanism, shake the crankshaft, check if the cylinder is leaking. If the crankshaft is shaken, it feels very laborious, indicating that the compression is normal.

                         

There is large noise during the genset working, debugging methods is as follows:

1.Check that the vent hole on the fuel tank cap is smooth. If there is dirt in the hole, it should be cleaned. Whether the added diesel meets the required grade, whether the oil is sufficient, and the oil switch is turned on.

2.Open the decompression mechanism and shake the crankshaft. Each cylinder should have a crisp injection sound, indicating good fuel injection. If you hear that the fuel is not coming from the oil, there may be air in the oil circuit. At this time, loosen the diesel filter and the bleeder screw of the fuel injection pump to remove the air in the oil circuit.

Why does diesel genset lose excitation

Generator loss of excitation fault means that the excitation current provided by the excitation system suddenly disappears completely or partially.
