Type characteristics

1. The engine body is made of high-strength material, arc stiffener grid structure, four bolt main bearing structure, with high rigidity, small vibration and low noise.

2. The crankshaft is made of high-quality alloy steel with all fiber extrusion forging, shaft diameter and fillet quenching heat treatment, anti-wear and long service life.

3. It adopts electronic control single pump, four valve, high efficiency supercharging and intercooling, Yuchai combustion chamber technology, with low fuel consumption, less emissions, excellent speed regulation performance, fast and powerful loading.

4. One cylinder and one cover structure, the side of the engine body is equipped with maintenance window, which is convenient for maintenance.

5. Adopting world-class equipment and production technology, the quality is stable and reliable.

 SmartGen HGM6120N

HGM6120N series automatic controller, integrating digital, intelligent and network techniques, is used for automatic control and monitoring system of genset. It can carry out functions of automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and three “remote” (remote control, remote measure and remote communication). The controller uses LCD display, optional display interface including Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Turkey, Polish and French with easy and reliable operation.
