1. Check all indicating instruments according to the specified time, and pay attention to the pressure of lubricating oil and whether the water temperature changes. The pressure of lubricating oil and the temperature of cooling water must be within the specified value.

2. Check the crankcase oil level, fuel tank oil level and radiator water level, and make up if it is lower than the normal position.

3. Frequently observe whether the instruments and alarm indicators of the distribution panel are normal. Where the red light is on, it means there is a fault, and the green light is the normal operation indicator.

4. Check whether the charger is charging normally.

5. Listen to whether the operation sound of each part of the unit is normal.

6. Check whether the temperature of the shell of the hand mold body, the shell of the bearing part, the oil pipe and the water pipe is normal.

7. Pay attention to whether the engine or electrical equipment is burnt or not.

8. In case of any adverse situation, it shall be handled immediately; in case of serious situation, it shall be shut down for handling.

9. In case of a breakdown shutdown, the breakdown shall be eliminated, and then the unit can be operated again by pressing the repeated handle on the unit

10. For each operation parameter, each shift shall record at least twice.
