Yuchai Serves and Assurance the 13th National Games

The 13th National Games of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the National Games), themed “National Games for a Healthy China”, rang up the curtains on August 27 in Tianjin. The event attracted a total of 10,217 athletes from different provinces, municipalities and sports associations in China. Yuchai, by virtue of its excellent quality and sincere services, was selected as the major engine provider, and 748 shuttle buses equipped with Yuchai’s engines were put into use during the National Games.

A month before the National Games, Yuchai’s sales company, based on the principle of “being well-organized, demanding, well-planned and foolproof”, worked out a well-laid plan for the service assurance of its engines during the National Games. In the build-up to the National Games, the service assurance teams repeatedly performed the engine troubleshooting for fleets and finally delivered trouble-free engines to the National Games for use.

During the National Games, athletes were in top form in the arena, while Yuchai’s service assurance was in good order outside. The National Games is to ring down the curtains on September 8. Yuchai’s service team, together with 748 shuttle buses equipped with Yuchai’s engines, would escort the National Games for 13 days and again show its excellent quality and sincere service to the public.

The 13-day 13th National Games had been rung down the curtains on September 8 in Tianjin. Athletes from all over the country have struggled to achieve success in the arena and sent a splendid sports feast to the domestic people even the world. Similarly, the service team of Yuchai provided thoughtful service by repeated troubleshooting, which had given rise to success of the National Games.

Tianjin Transportation Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Tianjin Transportation) undertook the service assurance work responsible for organizing, and coordinating the shuttle buses for the National Games. As 80% of buses equipped with Yuchai engines, Yuchai became the core member of the service assurance work appointed by Tianjin Transportation to attach importance to the work.

Upon receiving the notice, Yuchai service center advanced a prompt plan and threw abundant employees to Tianjin for the service assurance, while the district office of Tianjin arranged work to stand by at the core service station. During the National Games, resident engineers, the office personnel and technicians at the service station began to perform the troubleshooting before starting at the 5 o’clock of every morning, tracked the buses to be familiar with each line back and forth, and detailed reexamination was done on the engines after closing buses.

With careful and meticulous service work, Yuchai was spoke highly of and recognized by group leaders of Tianjin Transportation. As a result, Yuchai delivered trouble-free engines for the National Games by virtue of its high-quality products and meticulous service assurance.
