Cooling water is best to use mineral-free "soft water", that is, not to abuse sewage, muddy water. In addition, the diesel generator set should not be overloaded during operation. It is operated as a pony pulley type overload. Otherwise, it will result in a considerable amount of diesel oil turning into black smoke, without giving full play to its due efficiency, resulting in an increase in fuel consumption, and shortening the service life of relevant components.


In addition to the use details mentioned above, it is also important to carry out regular maintenance and maintenance of diesel generating units in accordance with the maintenance manual. By checking the injection pressure, adjusting the valve clearance, checking the fuel supply time and so on to ensure that the parts and components are always in good operation condition, avoiding the "disease" operation is the key to realize the high efficiency and fuel saving of the diesel generator set.

1. Timely removal of carbon deposits

3. Do not overload

If the diesel engine is overloaded, it will cause some diesel fuel to turn into black smoke, which will not play its due role and increase the fuel consumption. At the same time, it will shorten the service life of the relevant parts and components.

1. Choose the brand of diesel generator carefully
