The diesel generator and voltage regulator have been had matching test at the factory. Therefore, when loading and using, the 200kw Cummins genset and voltage regulator shall be installed and used together with the
same number and the same ex factory date.
Only acceptance test shall be
carried out by the user. If the generator and voltage regulator are
overhauled, the components affecting the electromagnetic performance
have changed, or the number of the generator and voltage regulator are
different, the matching test must be carried out. The test steps are as
follows:
1.Appearance inspection:
the generator and voltage regulator shall be intact, all screws shall
be free of looseness, and the rotor shall rotate flexibly without
friction, otherwise, they shall be disassembled for inspection.
2.Connect the steam
pipe, connect the high-pressure steam, no-load for several minutes, and
measure the speed within the rated range. Measure the voltage between
the two terminals (two thick wires) of the generator, which should be
above I V, and below 1 V, which should be magnetized.
3.Connect the wiring of
each part. It is recommended to connect the AC ammeter in series at the
load end and the AC voltmeter on the terminal board and terminal of the
voltage regulator.
Diesel generator set is
generally composed of diesel engine, AC synchronous generator and
control panel (power distribution and control system).
The diesel engine and
the three-phase AC synchronous generator are generally rigidly connected
and directly installed on the trailer frame or fixed bracket through
the shock absorber. The control panel, diesel box and battery box of the
mobile diesel generator set are directly installed on the frame; the
common base of the fixed diesel generator set is generally fixed on the
specially designed reinforced concrete foundation, and the battery is
placed on the starter side of the diesel engine.
Some of the control
panels of the fixed unit are installed on the upper part of the
alternator through the triangular iron bracket, and the smaller control
panel is installed on the upper part of the control component shell of
the alternator.
